Altered Ikea coat hanger

I have altered this coat hanger, lol in green I think maybe a bit too much green but never mind the idea is that I can hang a LO or piece of art from it in my craft room I will be able to change it whenever I want. They could be uses in any room you could hang a piece of needlework or anything from them even a nice tea towel in kitchen

Rosettes we made in crop

I was amazed how easy these rosettes were to make we made them in two different ways one using a circle punch any circle punch will do, the other using apiece of 12x12 paper a strip say 12x 2 and you can leave a plain edge, do with decorative scissors or use a punch to do the decorative edge

A few days back I finished some decoupaged toppers for card I not made cards out of them yet, watch this space for the cards
Some time back during one of my charity shops searches I found a clock which unfortunately I did not take a before photo of, It was a modern picture inside I got it with the view to altering it, and finally during last week got round to it, My friend has recently has decorated her craft room in purples so I went with that as my main colour as I was doing it for her I hope she likes it

Men's Cards are always hard to make

At a craft demo I recently attended,  the lady demonstrating showed us how to make a little fold out card from a piece of 12x6 inch paper then add a 3inch strip, some ribbon and embellishments and your good to go. I also added some brads and extra ribbon and hey presto a birthday card for my friend's husband was born ...

This little card could be adapted to fit any season or occasion, on the next one I make I will add a little tag to the left hand side to write the message on, but for a first attempt at a little folded card I was quite pleased with the results

I also had to make a get well card (thanks Sue for the get well soon peel offs) I used the free papers form Docrafts Creativity mag to make the card My friend loves cats she has Nine of them

Its My Husbands birthday tommorrow

We enjoy nothing better than having a cup of tea,  and the odd slice of naughty, but nice cake.  So when Sue sent me a wonderful set of Kanban acrylic stamps for my birthday I was so pleased as they were so up my street, I just knew I would be able to make the perfect card for my husband with them I used promarkers to colour the cake and cup and saucer in
